Yeah, this is for real... no basketball involved...And in the background, we have Dawna in a dress (she wants to wear a new "pretty dress" every day... it's kind of nice, actually...makes diaper changes and Sundays particularly easy). She is trying to put a diaper on her Cabbage Patch doll and is too busy to be bothered for pictures...
